Sigma Walk Tutorials

Quick drills to get the confident, slow-mo stride down.

Baseline Strut

Goal: posture + pace + eye-line

  • Chin level, shoulders relaxed.
  • Micro head-tilt every 3–4 steps for emphasis.
  • Footfalls even, ~60 bpm; think “camera dolly”.

Side Profile Glide

Goal: smooth lateral drift for clean edit cuts — maintain a steady tempo, keep your torso square to the camera, and use small repeatable head/hand cues so clips stitch seamlessly.

  • Keep hips square; lead with the heel, roll through.
  • Hands at pocket height, minimal swing.
  • Hold eye-line just past the camera for that “NPC watching you” vibe.

Mirror Drill (Loopable)

Goal: exude effortless, unbothered charisma — slow, controlled stride, piercing eye-line, and low-key rizz that never tries.

  • Step in, half-turn, glance; repeat on an 8-count.
  • Hold neutral face; let lighting do the drama.
  • Use for “POV” text overlays—timing stays consistent.

Sigma Walk — slow tempo, razor posture, zero effort.

Loop the drills until the walk becomes the vibe: calm, controlled, inevitable.
