For anyone experiencing intrusive urges, preoccupations, or compulsions to T-pose in public or private spaces. You’re not alone—support, education, and community are here.
What is “T-Posing”?
T-posing is standing upright with arms extended horizontally—often seen in games as a default pose. For some, it becomes an intrusive thought, a compulsion, or a social urge that causes distress.
Intrusive impulses to T-pose in class, meetings, or public transit.
Fear of losing control and doing it at the “wrong time”.
Using T-posing as a coping ritual that interferes with daily life.
It’s okay to ask for help.
How We Help
Modeled after peer-led support circles, we offer:
Weekly connection groups (virtual & in-person).
Guided grounding exercises to ride out urges.
Education on compulsions, anxiety, and stigma-free language.
Resource referrals (therapy, community wellness, crisis lines).
If you’ve caught yourself thinking “What if I just T-pose right now?” or feel pressure to “assert dominance” by T-posing, and it stresses you out—this space is for you.
No judgment. No memes at your expense. Just people who get it.

Opening up about unusual compulsions can feel awkward. Suggested script:
“I’ve been dealing with repetitive thoughts about T-posing. It sounds odd, but it’s stressful for me. I’m looking for support, not jokes. Can you listen?”
Humor is okay when it’s yours. Our groups center safety first.
